My Review

I wanted to capture this for a longgggg time. It might seem plain boring but somehow, I thought it just look nice to be left alone, undisturbed. The two boats Looking away This is the path between the reservoir and the drain. It was a LONG pathway which I was not too keen to walk a complete round as the weather was not good.

I proudly present to you my first picture (posted in my blog for the year of 2009) Mango Kacang Paradise Shared this very SWEET desert with my mom. Although named Mango Kacang Paradise, don't expect the ice-cream to be mango-flavor. The ice cream is vanilla with a layer of mango syrup + chunks. Although it's nice to have a cold and sweet desert in the hot afternoon, it didn't went well with my TOOTH! I think I got a decay tooth..... *CRY!!!

A shot of my house's Ying Liu (Not sure what is English name) which my mom wants it to blossom in time for CNY. Originally, its branches are full of the above... Then it will start to grow into this and now you see the leaves... After this stage, it will become like that... For my mom, Chinese New Year should never be without any decoration (In order to get into the mood of CNY) And also some good fortune related stuffs such as this crystal plant with the coin engraved with the word "Zhao Cai Jin Bao" And also this (mini-size) mandarin orange plant!!

Before I proceed to "showcase" the pictures I have took, I would really like to show this two pictures. Originated from the same picture, I wasn't able to decide which edited version is better, thus, I decided to show both pictures. Noticed the flower? It was a pity I couldn't see it blossom in the drink... Yesh! Finally after 1 month plus.... Yesterday I went shopping @ Orchard. Actually I have been there for quite a number of times since the Xmas decoration was up but then I didn't have my camera with me... Not wanting to carry a very bulky lens(ok not that bulky BUT) I choose my 50mm f/1.8 to go along with me... There were a lot more that I wanted to capture, but I was trying to figure out HOW I should captured it... Okay.. This is not in Orchard.. It's the Xmas decoration @ Bugis... I went there before going Orchard but it was still bright daylight.. Thus, I didn't took much photos of the Xmas decorations... After meeting up with my friend, I went Taka...

My phototaking kaki not in SG! muahaha.. So I am posting misc shots that I have captured (again). Hope I didn't repost any pictures.... This shot was taken when I got my 50mm. I was trying out the manual focusing and took a trial shot. Turned out to be quite nice The red mosqitoe in my kitchen! Wanted to kill it but in the end I forgot after taking a few shots of it... I hope it went out of my house This lizard is so small that I didn't noticed it initially.. Luckily I didn't step on it.. After taking a number of snaps, it still stay at the same place... I tried to force it to leave but it stayed put. So in the end, I can only try to NOT step on it. See this small bottle with this transparent, small round thing? It will expand to the size of those in green and purple. Amazing? It will shrink back to it original size if you leave it in the open space and then grow once water is given My advance Xmas gift... Finally managed to get a snap of it with the snowflake still moving....
